Our tandoori chicken is marinated in dahi yogurt and tandoori masala spice blend, an authentic Indian dish. This spicy seasoning is what gives the tandoori chicken its very distinct taste. Traditionally tandoori chicken is placed on skewers and cooked at a high temperature in a tandoor oven, but it can also be cooked in a conventional oven. We recommend our chicken is served with a naan flatbread and basmati rice.
